EXHIBITORS REGISTRATION
Exhibitors registration and installation of the exhibits takes place on 30th October from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm at the organizer´s office at the exhibition ground PVA EXPO PRAHA in the Entrance Hall 2.
In case all payments are correct at the registration, you will receive:
1/ Exhibitor Passes valid during the exhibition; the number of passes depends on the size of the rented exhibiting area. If necessary, more passes can be ordered at www.exposervices.cz
2/ Vehicle access pass for the exhibits, which allows the exhibiting car access inside the halls.
3/ Parking passes ordered in advance.
INSTALLATION OF THE EXHIBITS
You will be allowed to access the exhibition ground only after the registration. Installation of your own stands can be running all day on 30th October from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Use vehicle entrances to deliver the exhibits. Installation of your own stands must be finished before 8:00 pm, then the exhibition ground will be closed for the final clean-up. The exhibiting stands ordered from the organizer of the exhibition will be prepared for exhibitors to take over on Friday 30th October after 12:00 am.
DISMANTLING OF THE EXHIBITS
2nd November – 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
You will be charged the amount established by the lessor after not respecting the deadline. If there are traces of adhesive tape or other hard-to remove traces left on the floor, you will be charged removal costs.
Warning: During the dismantling it is in your best interest to guard your property and exhibits and take away all valuable equipment immediately after the end of the event.
PAYMENT OF INVOICES, ADDITIONAL ORDERS
Since our records of the payments may not be complete, please bring the copies of your proof of payment (account statement, not the payment order) In case the invoice has not been paid, the exhibitor is required to pay in cash. Otherwise you will not be allowed to install the stand. All the services ordered and invoiced in advance must be paid in due date, before the installation.
Additional orders made at the exhibition ground will be paid in cash at the organizer´s office, in case of services additional fee according to PVA EXPO PRAHA tariff (+50 %) will be charged. Exhibits are insured by the exhibitors if interested. Additional insurance will not be available on site.
ENTRY TO THE EXHIBITION GROUND
a) Preparation of the exhibition
Entry of people and vehicles is allowed only after the registration. When unloading and parking, please follow the instructions of the security service on site. It is only allowed to enter the exhibition halls with the properly labelled exhibits (exhibited vehicles) or vehicles transporting the exhibits. Parking areas along the exhibition halls are designated for unloading standard material and goods.
b) During the exhibition
Exhibitor is allowed to enter the exhibition ground and park on the parking lot only with the parking pass. Free entry to the exhibition ground is allowed only after presenting the exhibitor´s pass.
PARKING PASSES
Please order the parking passes before the deadline on 30th September on www.exposervices.cz. The passes will be available to pick up at the organizer´s office at PVA EXPO PRAHA. The cost of one parking pass (1 parking space for a passenger´s car) for a 2-day long parking is 600 CZK excluding VAT.
Parking pass enables the owner to park a passenger car on the designated space inside the exhibition ground from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Parking pass is valid for both days of the exhibition. There is a specially designated parking space for trailers. You will get the information about its location upon request at the registration.
Warning: Night parking at the exhibition ground is allowed for 300 CZK/night. Not respecting this rule will be fined 2000 CZK. Parking without the valid parking pass will be fined 2000 CZK per 1 vehicle.
Please respect the road marking at the exhibition ground, follow the instructions of the traffic and security services, the organizers of the event and Czech Police. Vehicles not respecting the rules and/or causing the congestion will be towed at own expense.
ADMISSION FEES
Admission to the event can be purchased online or for reduced price ordered at www.exposervices.cz.

Children above 120 cm (max 18 years), students and seniors over 65 years - 350 CZK
ZTP/P + 1 – for free
Children up to 120 cm - for free
Seniors over 75 years - for free
TECHNICAL AND OPERATION CONDITIONS
The exhibitors are obliged to respect the technical and operational conditions during the installation and during the event.
WASTE
Waste containers placed at the exhibition halls are intended for conventional waste only! Exhibitors are required to take away bulky waste (carpets, large machine boxes, chipboards etc.) at own expense.
OTHERS
Considering the nature of the event, which also includes children, it is prohibited to display nude bodies and in case of activities such as bodypainting it is recommended to use bathing suit bottoms.
OTHER SERVICES
The protection of property
The exhibition ground is protected by the security service after closing, daily after 7:00 pm (during the exhibition) and after 10:00 pm (during the installation and dismantling). The organizer is not liable for the damages caused by the third party during the exhibition, installation or dismantling. Therefore it is recommended that exhibitors protect their property by normal means and by insurance. It is also possible to order an individual security guard of the stand during the night hours at the whole exhibition ground. Security guard of the stand is an additional service. If interested, please contact us no later than 30th September by the e-mail on office@praguecarfestival.cz.
HEALTH SERVICE
Health service will be operating during the whole exhibition at the ground of PVA EXPO PRAHA.
